Orion FC query
Does anyone know what colours Orion FC wore? They merged with Victoria Utd and the original Aberdeen to form the modern Aberdeen in 1904. I have kits for Victoria and the old Aberdeen but would like to add Orion to the site.

Dundee, Dundee Hibs/Utd, Dundee Wanderers
I'm now researching material for these clubs on the Historical Kits Site and have posted galleries for Dundee & Dundee Wanderers (Dundee Hibs/Utd to follow). There are lots of gaps and I'd welcome some help to fill them.

Bully Wee kits
I've just posted Clyde's gallery on the Historical Kits website. The record is a bit thin so I'd appreciate help to fill in the gaps. Can anyone confirm debunk the assertion on the Clyde MAD site that the club wore khaki shirts immediately after WW2? I have seen several team pics from the 1950s show...

Celtic History
I'm currently researching Celtic's kits for the http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/ site and hope to get this posted within the next few days. I have a few questions which I hope someone can answer. 1. According to this source http://www_footystrips_com\celtic1.htm, Celtic wore white shirts with green ...

Ayr United Kits - help needed
One of the contributors to the Historical Kits site has suggested that Ayr wore blue/red Barcelona style striped shirts sometime in the 1970s. Seems unlikley to me and I've not been able to verify if this is true or not. Can anyone help? BTW thanks for your comments on the site - the Scottish sectio...

QP kits etc
Thanks Leatherstocking - duly noted. Notts County didn't adopt stripes jerseys until around 1890: akthough this is their "signature" kit, they have spent several periods wearing predominantly white shirts and even, very breify, reverted to chocolate and blue in the 1930s. Dave

Scottish League Historical Kits - your views please
I am considering whether to publish the results of my research into Scottish Football League kits as a work in progress on my http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/ site. The advantage would be that everyone would be able to see what I have collected and contribute. The disadvantage would be that visitors...

Historical Kits
Queen's Park wore navy jerseys in 1872 when they provided all eleven players for the Scotland team who played England. The now familiar hooped shirts came in sometime later (I haven't established exactly when at this stage.) Nottingham Forest adopted "Garibaldi" (ie dark red) red and white as their ...

History of Scottish Club Kits
I recently set up the Historical Football Kits website http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/, which covers all the kits worn by every club to have competed in the (English) Football League. Due to popular demand, I have decided to start work on researching Scottish Football League clubs and will add a Sc...
