Thanks Alan, more or less what I had, the Celtic match v Bathgate, had me wondering as the crowd was so low, so its great to have that other wee bit of info to include in the book about it being Celtic's lowest post WW1 record. Knew PJ was a regular penalty taker around this time, but still have a feeling about Lapsley for some reason, all my programmes are down the old dears so will check tomorrow, am probably wrong again lol

Remember being at a Airdrie v Dumbarton game at Broomfield, 3-0 Airdrie, three penalties scored 2 and knocked in the rebound with the other, Possibly Dave Lapsley the scorer of all 3, sure they all came in the first half, always remember us have strong claims in second half for a least another three...
