It seems the SJFA have took the decision that this years semi finals will be two leg affairs, home and away. Away goals will NOT count and if the games ties after the two games its straight to penalties. The great thing about getting to the semi finals was the fact they were played on senior grounds...

Geeez im still getting over Saturday, I didnt time Arthurlies first goal but the stadium scoreboard at Auchinleck had it at 13 seconds! Backs to the wall in the second half and if not for the post in the very last second we would be out rather than replaying next week. The police were way OTT though...

Club Contact Details?

Is there an online source which lists all the senior clubs contact details? Im looking for one to print off rather than have to google each club individually.

Cheers

Re: Fickle Football Fans

A few years back a friend of mine wore the same jumper, jeans, trainers and duffle coat to every round of the cup? And he's still your friend? I'd be looking for somebody else to stand next to. He did wash them right enough I think, well now you come to mention it! The worst to befall me so...

I actually laughed out at that comment as since our new manager arrived we have played 20 cup ties, lost one drawn one and won 17, won two cups, the first silverwear in 5 years but we are still third bottom in the league!

Fickle Football Fans

Its a cracker right enough, Arthurlie have been drawn against a super league side for the fifth tie in a row, while Pollok have been drawn away in the Scottish for the 13th time on the trot! I dont know enough about Newtongrange Star to comment but Rob Roy are tough to beat on their day. Clydebank h...

A couple of players at my local junior team played reserve football one for Rangers and he has stated a few times that although he wasnt good enough to make the grade at Ibrox he thinks the standard in the top junior divisions is higher that in the reserve league. If a younger player is with the old...
