I spoke with Richard Cairns today regarding the Whos Who. he is hoping to have it published in time for Christmas although he does say that may be a tad optimistic. It has been re researched and re written mainly due to a number of inaccuracies in the Bill Donachie book(whilst he admits it was a bri...

And I thought the loud mouthed "girl" who sat behind us in the East Stand was bad!She gets worse by the week. I also dont like the way every fan at games these days(and the ones who dont go are worse) are experts on every aspect of football . The person next to me at a recent game was critical of JC...

Answers as follows: 1.There has been surprisingly little written about Barcelona from a specifically English language perspective. Being pedantic I know, but Morton took their name from where they originally played, Morton Terrace in Greenock. Morton Terrace being named after a provost from Greenock Yes but there's nothing about the name which suggests the county, the town or a district of the town, in other words nothing rela...

David

Just wondered what motivated you to write about Barca?Or is that too obvious?
How many matches did you get to go to?
Would you do it again for any other team?
Of course you should update the "Whos Who of Kilmarnock" if that was possible?

Many thanks for that. I will just try to sneek in the order without the wife seeing me spend nearly £60 on a Killie book.I only paid £40 for the Whos Who of Killie-rather annoying though as I had a copy which went missing in a house move!
