Scottish Cup Milestones

In my current book on the Scottish Cup in West Lothian I have decided to add "the bigger picture" section throughout the pages covering the whole competition, can anyone help me out,what am looking for is interesting milestones from all the years of the trophy, ie shock results, crowds,/funny/strange facts, anything at all that would bring that extra bit of interest to the book.

................during the 1908/09 season Beith played Cup games on 4 consecutive days, 3rd, 4th 5th and 6th February.

Already mentioned in the book as it was against a West Lothian side(Broxburn FC),looking for facts about all other clubs apart from West Lothian ones or about the competition in general ,but yes anything like that would be great, cheers all the same.
