I've received new info from Gordon Baird regarding the Dunfermline-based clubs of thr 1890s, as well as a new take on the Wishaw clubs. Please have a look and let me have your thoughts, particularly on the Wishaw aspect.

Cheers

I'm currently researching more of the 1870s period, and so far have uncovered more than 40 clubs that were previously unlisted. These have been added to the Directory as well as some amended dates and a few more grounds.

John Meffen has also pointed out, quite rightly that Campsie is, in fact, in Stirlingshire and not Dunbartonshire

Please note that the Archive's new address is at http://scottish-football-historical-archive.com,
and the Directory itself can be downloaded at http://scottish-football-historical-archive.com/clublist

The list has been updated and includes more clubs, up to the end of 1882, as well as amended dates and grounds.

Rangers FC historian, Robert Bruce, has created a DATABASE for the Directory, with each club having their own page.
