Club History Websites

Postby Angusfifer » Tue Jun 20, 2017 12:32 pm

Looking for websites that provide information in relation to individual appearances and goals scored.
FitbaStats is an excellent resource for Hibernian, Forfar Athletic, Morton (post 1970's), Elgin City and Rangers (although for some reason Glasgow Cup games are included as competitive fixtures)
Celtic Wiki is useful, as is AFC Heritage (Aberdeen), DUFC Archive, Better Meddle (Falkirk) and LondonHearts.

Are there any others out there?

I have also come across QPFC.com. Really good website, although some of the home attendance figures taken from Hampden Gate Records are at odds with my records - perhaps the Hampden records do not include season ticket holders as they are all lower figures than those published in the press at the time.

Anyway, listed below are sites whose archive lists appearances and goals for individual players in all competitions. There may be others out there...

Aberdeen: www.afcheritage.org
Celtic: www.thecelticwiki.com
Clydebank: www.clydebankfc.co.uk
Dumbarton: sonsarchive.com
Dundee United: dufcarchive.co.uk
Elgin City: www.fitbastats.com/elgin
Falkirk: bettermeddle.org.uk
Forfar Athletic: www.fitbastats.com/forfar
Greenock Morton: www.fitbastats.com/morton
Hearts: www.londonhearts.com
Hibernian: www.fitbastats.com/hibs
Queen's Park: www.qpfc.com
Rangers: www.fitbastats.com/rangers
