Derek Johnstone in the 1970 League Cup Final would be one.

I’m sure someone will come on with a definitive list, but with a little bit of searching I’ve come up with a handful.

Tore Andre Flo – November 2000
Michael Mols – November 2000
Ugo Ehiogu – March 2007

And Richard Gough who did it in both spells with Rangers in 1987 and November 1997.

Ian Durrant and Billy Dodds also scored on their Old Firm debuts.

I've got a definitive Post War list of Hearts players who have scored against the OF on debut.

I'll post it up later.

What about Ally McCoist from August [or September?] 1983?

Add to that Ian Durrant, who scored on his OF debut in a 3-0 win on 9 November 1985.

The Rangers website is wrong. Durrant broke into the Rangers first-team in April 1985 and was in a nine-man Rangers team that drew 1-1 at Celtic Park in May 1985. I think Aberdeen won the championship that night as a result.

I stand corrected.

Wikipedia has it and I wouldn't trust that as a solid source, but the Rangers website is usually reliable, though it does say "scored his debut goal in his debut Old Firm contest at Ibrox", so it possibly means it was his first goal in his first Old Firm match played at Ibrox. Which doesn't really seem that noteworthy a point for a pen portrait.
