I now have several books available for Kindle and (if you have the Kindle app) iPad all priced at under a fiver from the Amazon UK Kindle store

I'm such a Luddite that pencils give me a funny feeling, but can these books be downloaded onto a Sony e-reader?

The version my doofer thing normally cries out for is "ePUB".

This might help. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison ... ok_formats. AFAIK ePUB is okay for iBooks but not for Kindle. Not sure about Sony. Though I would think it could read a pdf.

I'm sorry about that. I've just checked it and it appears everything has increased in price. I haven't amended the price on any of my books so I can only assume this is an Amazon thing.

I commend you on your good taste though.
