Scottish Non-League Bibliography

Post by ScottishFA » Wed May 23, 2018 3:49 pm

I've been working recently on a Scottish non-league bibliography and have just posted it on my website:

http://www.scottishsporthistory.com/foo ... eague.html

I hope people find it useful - it is incredible how much material has been published. If you have any additions or corrections, please let me know or post here.

Fantastic Work as always.

I'd be interested in obtaining copies of the history of Bonnyrigg Rose Volumes 1 & 2 (even for loaning to scan/photo)

I've never seen Volume 1, which was apparently done in very small quantities as it was hand-copied and had over 800 pages (!).

Vol 2 is not exactly high-tech: ring bound, A4 and almost 200 pages so it weighs a ton.

I think all of Alex Smith's books (Bonnyrigg, Tranent, Newtongrange, Arniston, Whitehill Welfare) are in Midlothian libraries - you can check their catalogue online for availability.
