Deaths During Scottish Games

Post by Fraser Clyne » Sun Oct 23, 2005 8:34 pm

Can anyone help me with this piece of research: Apart from the Celtic goalkeper John Thomson, does anyone know of any other players who have died during a Scottish senior football match, or as a result of injuries sustained during a match?

W Walker of Leith died after an injury sustained in a league game v Vale of Leven in 1907.

I'm sure there are several more.
