This is not something that is readily available - has anyone ever approached the SFA to request a look at their records.
I'm looking for the records for one player from 1975 to 1994 |

| In 1976, FOUL MAGAZINE applied to the Football Association for details of Billy Bremner`s offences since the 1974 Charity Shield vs. Liverpool(sent off for fighhting with Kev) but was refused on the grounds that,"...they might discredit the players."!!! |

| I've just had a word with our Freedom of Information lassie, as I thought the various bodies might fall under that umbrella. However, she says that, although this may happen in the future, it is only publicly funded bodies which can be subjected to such requests at present. |

It might be worth trying the Scottish Football Museum, as the SFA (not to mention SFL) passed many of their archives over round about the time of moving to Hampden.
And while the SFA itself doesn't come under the remit of Freedom of Information legislation, they will normally be fairly helpful when it comes to looking at their records and older minute books. The proviso is that you will probably have to do the research yourself, as older records are held in paper form and they simply don't have the time to trawl through them on your behalf. |
